2011 has seen us busy on a new and exciting project. After seeing our images used in a variety of publications around the world from advertising campaignes to magazines (Time, Geo France etc), books and TV commercials we decided to publish our own book. By doing our own publishing we were able to have control of content and design and use our images creatively.
Our book is called 'Volcanic Kitchens, come and join us' and is a photographic recipe book of New Zealand's Volcanic Plateau. This area, first settled by the Te Arawa people, has a strong international community and through this book we hope to showcase our beautiful and varied landscape, culture and the food we enjoy - food being our common ground, a universal experience.
Volcanic Kitchens is at the printers in Hong Kong and will be available for purchase from March 2012 with a percentage of money raised through the sale of the book to go back into the local community.
We are not yet taking pre-orders, but we will update you on this as we get near publication.
